The suite features two cozy bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds—comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Each bedroom has its own private entrance from the patio, offering added privacy and easy access. Guests have exclusive use of a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting area, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite.

Booking directly with The Inlet View gives you a simple and personalized reservation experience.

Reservations made through third-party booking websites are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and fees of the respective booking platform.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while allowing us to prepare for your arrival.
Cancellation Terms:
• Cancel 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund.
• Cancel within 7 days of check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• Cancel within 48 hours of check-in or do not arrive: Full reservation amount will be charged.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Pet Policy
The Inlet View welcomes guests travelling with pets. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
Pet Fee:
Pets are subject to a pet cleaning fee per night/stay.
The fee covers additional cleaning required after a pet-friendly stay and must
be paid before check-in.
Pet Requirements During Your Stay:
• Pets must remain under the owner's control at all times.
• Pets must not be left unattended inside the accommodation unless approved in advance.
• Pets are not permitted on beds, furniture, or linens unless protected with guest-provided coverings.
• Guests must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.
• Excessive barking, aggressive behaviour, or disturbance to other guests is not permitted.
Cleaning and Damage Responsibility:
Guests must notify the host immediately if their pet causes any damage,
including damage to mattresses, bedding, furniture, flooring, walls, or other
property items.
Guests are responsible for the reasonable cost of repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning required due to pet-related damage beyond normal use.
Service Animals:
Recognized service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable
British Columbia regulations. Service animals are not considered pets and are
not subject to pet fees.
Guests travelling with service animals should inform us before arrival so we can ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
House Rules
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone:
• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are permitted
• Guests must respect the property, other guests, and the surrounding neighbourhood
• Please leave shared spaces clean and tidy
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight
• Smoking, vaping, cannabis use, and the use of any smoking products are strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, buildings, and near entrances or common areas
Smoking Policy & Additional Charges:
The Inlet View is a smoke-free property. If smoking or vaping occurs inside the accommodation or in restricted areas, guests may be responsible for additional cleaning, deodorizing, and restoration costs required to return the space to a smoke-free condition.
This may include, but is not limited to, deep cleaning of furniture, carpets, bedding, curtains, mattresses, and other affected items. Guests may also be responsible for any costs associated with loss of use of the accommodation due to smoke remediation.
